 We have over 19 years experience in the Wedding and Hospitality Industry. We can advise and support you throughout the Wedding planning process or your Bed and Breakfast journey.

Our Mission

To relieve Brides and Grooms of as much stress as possible surrounding the venue search,  planning and execution of their Wedding through sensible, budget sensitive Wedding Planning and a flare for creativity at fulfilling the couple’s Wedding vision, using trusted vendors that provide quality services at a reasonable price.

In 2002, my husband Randy and I embarked on a dream: opening Willow Pond Country B&B on 50 scenic acres. Our journey began where our hearts intertwined - a picturesque gazebo overlooking the pond, the very spot we exchanged vows in 2001. With a babbling creek and a majestic grandmother Willow Tree, weddings became a natural extension of our haven.

In 2010, we bid farewell to our beloved property, transitioning the business to a nearby location under new ownership. Yet, our passion endured. Over the next four years, we nurtured the new B&B while staying true to our roots. The love for Willow Pond persisted, with clients continually referring others to us.

This led us to expand our horizons, curating weddings at over 12 unique venues. Always on the lookout for captivating locales, we thrive on helping our clients find the perfect setting for their special day.

Our Services

  • Venue Core Wedding Packages

    Include venue location service, venue rental, tent and furniture rentals, catering, staff, Wedding Décor Package, Wedding Co-ordination and setup.

  • All Inclusive/Elopement Venue Wedding Packages

    Include venue location services, venue rental, tent and furniture rentals, staff, Wedding Décor Package, accommodations, hair dresser, makeup artist, Officiate/Minister, DJ/Live band, Photographer, Flower package, Wedding Co-ordination and setup – a no worries style of package.

  • Weddings at Home and Planning Packages

    Day of Wedding Coordination is for those Brides that have the time to plan the intricate details of their Wedding. We take over one month before the Wedding, have a meeting with you, contact all the vendors, handle all details from that point supervising your rehearsal and the day of your Wedding to ensure all vendors perform according to their agreements.

    Fees range from $1200 for intimate Weddings to $2500 for larger Weddings.

  • Planning Packages

    Full Wedding Planning Services are for busy, out of town Brides or those that realize this is their first rodeo and want to take advantage of our experience. We do it all for you-attend meetings, negotiate agreements; give consulting and design advice; remind you what to do step by step. Day of Wedding Coordination is also included.

    Fees range from $2600 for intimate Weddings to $4,500 for larger Weddings.

  • Bed and Breakfast
